• Work performed: Exterior amenity deck hot fluid applied roofing with rigid insulation, green roof accessories, and 2’ x 2’ x 2” decorative pavers on leveling pedestals
• Manufacturers: American Hydrotech, Dow insulation, Unilock pavers

Interesting Fact:

• ALL Sealants, Inc. recently completed a new 35,000 square foot rooftop terrace renovation/addition for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the world’s fourth largest insurance broker. The new rooftop terrace features outdoor work/meeting areas, green roof locations, and Unilock pavers.
