Project Scope:

  • New golf country club with banquet, restaurant, and pro shop facilities
  • Work performed: Exterior amenity/landscape open space roofing above occupied basement below, and exterior air/vapor barrier
  • Manufacturers: American Hydrotech, Dow insulation, and Carlisle air barrier

Interesting Fact:

  • Mistwood Golf Club’s new clubhouse facility was designed in the style of a Scottish Village. The new facility consists of 27,000 square feet across two levels.  The basement level includes a park-like terrace.  ALL Sealants, Inc. installed American Hydrotech waterproofing at the main level terrace and the Carlisle fluid applied air barrier was installed at the exterior gypsum cavity walls.  All of the construction was completed while the course remained open.  The new clubhouse facility has won several golf course awards.
